Review of The World of Apu (1959) by Dustin D — 05 Dec 2015
This is the conclusion to "The Apu Trilogy" by Satyajit Ray and it's as great as the first parts. This film sees Apu as an adult, and we watch him get married and become a father. Ray never takes the easy route with his stories, and this is no different.
Apu faces great obstacles, but it is through his struggle that we gain an appreciation for what Ray is trying to say. See for yourself, this is a must watch!
