Many friends of mine think Im watching anything based with THE WOMAN IN BLACK because of the remake that is being filmed right now with Daniel Radcliffe as Arthur. I must say Im watching all of it thanks to SUPERNATURAL. Thanks to that show, Im back to my old hobby: Watching ghost and horror movies.

Plot: Today is 9/29/2010, so, it means Im still not finished with the stage play yet neither with the book, but I saw the film version (I think it was more of a TV version film). Anyway, the plot is like this: Arthur is investigating some ghost stories in London... and even a strange women he often sees (THE WOMAN IN BLACK). Is this ghost real? Is his life in danger? Will he survive this ghost? Or the townfolkes are mad? Watch this film, and you will be as shocked as I was by the ending (no spoilers!).

Acting: Since I was not born in the end of 80's, I must say the film was brilliant. And yes, the acting as well. Let's start with Arthur, I mean, Adrian. He was impresive and stunning, but since is an 80's film, I cannot make a complete critic here, because I must admit, some times I did not believed the role (just a bit). About the ghost: Pauline was scary as hell, but yes, I just wish I never find a women like her near me LOL She acted very well and the role fit her very well too. Stunning I must say. The cast was bloody great and need to say some stars go here.

Music: Dramatic, horror, stunning, very dark and powerful for the film and the year it was made (I think the year or century was in the finals of the 19's century If Im not mistaking). Anyway, some stars here too!

Make Up: The ghost make up was very intense, I loved it. But I think it would have been more scarier if her eyes were more darker, but yes, I cannot spoil anything :(.

To end this review, 4 stars of 5. I loved the film, the story-telling was magnific, the acting was great too and the music give it a psycological thriller effect (is like watching PERFECT BLUE again with a mix of SUPERNATURAL). Defenetly the stars are there! Enjoy my review and HASTA LA PROXIMA! BLESS YOU ALL!
