Even though the wolf man is sorta the shaggy dog of the Universal monsters it may be my favorite (maybe because I really like Lon Chaney Jr & have since I saw Man Made Monster). Plus this has the added bonus of Bela Lugosi (all though brief) as a gypsy & eventually a werewolf.
Some great make up work on Chaney which makes him my favorite werewolf (there are some really shitty werewolves out there..have you seen Silver Bullet?).
