Review of The Witches (1990) by Laura C — 04 Jul 2008

The most underrated of Hensons films. I mean how did this movie get so overlooked, a Henson film based on a Roahl Dahl book. It's amazingly sinister in nature when you get down to it. Sadly this was the last project Jim was working on when he died, hence the rather clipped-on seeming ending that drew the most criticism.

I say how can you fault them on it, it was the unexpected end of a creative era.
