Review of The Witches (1990) by Andrew G — 29 Sep 2009
The Witches adapts from the Roald Dahl loosely, but retains the same jist and charm. It isn't the best adaptation of a novel ever, but one could argue that none could ever top the Wizard of Oz of the Oz series of books.
The Witches though has a pleasant story and follows the book just enough to be clear what it is.
