I can absolutely see what scared me about this when I was a child. It's the scene in the beginning when the boy is trapped in hiding and learns the secrets. I have definitely had nightmares of being in that very situation ever since.

Good to know the source of my nightmares. I suspect Genevieve won't get to watch this movie until she's at least 10 because of that one scene lol. The rest are cute or what have you but that one scene is the equivalent to a thriller for kids I swear! So many people have reviewed this already saying, "wow this movie scared me as a child!" lol.
