Angelina Huston is delightfully evil as the Grand High Witch. A pre-Little Voice Jane Horrocks is utterly charming as the secretary, Ms. Irvine. The real star is Jim Henson, who reminds us what art and theatrics used to mean, before CGI.
His final project is a tour de force.
