Incredible storyline, intelligent film, a horror as not seen for years. It is not a sustinhos film (which I prefer), but you pass a bad energy, agony. Explore the silence and accurately show how humans are alienable when it comes to cults and religious beliefs.

Despite the name "The Witch" the film has no protagonist or antagonist direct a witch, only around mid-long witch is revealed and then find that they are witches in the plural. The big mistake was that it was sold as the scariest movie of all time and this definitely is not it, this film to be seen with expectations for a great movie and not a scary movie.

Congratulations to director Robert Eggers for his creative script and a canny direction. Another that deserves a round of applause is Anya Taylor-Joy for his great performance as the protagonist.
