Review of The Wild Bunch (1969) by Juan Manuel A — 07 Apr 2011
MagnÃfica y por supuesto su canción "La golondrina".......I force western graduate in Spain " Wild Group ". Sam Peckinpah inaugurated the western whose action was passing in Mexico in the years of the revolution.
His protagonists represent all that that till then was not supposed as representation of the heroes. Kindness, heroism.. but everything opposite: outlaws, thieves, assassins, without mulberry tree, et.
A change that marked this movie and raised it to myth and example to continuing. In this movie the tone of farewell stands out from the beginning up to the end. It represents what is very normal in the movies of this author, the end of an epoch, the inaptabilidad of the prominent figures to the progress.
Pride comes out in photographs of Ballard that it could extract very much divided to the images to slow chamber very used by the director. Good script in the one that the beginning and the end of the movie connect.
Haughty interpretations of all the actors. It startles the march of four principal actors towards a sure death but accepting it as commitment of friendship and loyalty that redeems them. Magnificent.
