Review of The Wild Angels (1966) by Sean C — 23 Mar 2008
I just didnt get this one at all. Fonda's gang get their ailing buddy out of hospital, where he would have recovered, and in doing so, speed him on to meet his maker. They then fork out around $500 (in 1966 this was a LOT) to pay for an out of state service just to go there and bitch at the priest.
I didnt like any of them. Very much a product of its time. Women are very much victims in Corman's movie.
