I don't know why Hollywood always have to be such a pain in the ass by making remakes. And watching Nicolas Cage is the most annoying 106 minutes of my life. I hated the whole film for it's stupidity and lousy schlocky shocks.
The film offers nothing good, only scared audience by suddenly introducing loud noises and dreadful dream sequence. Expected nothing, received nothing.
