If you want to see Nick Cage run around for 2 hours yelling at children, and acting like a crazy person only to get stung by a bunch of bees, where he has only of his most hilarious, in a bad way, quotes ever, watch this movie.
If though you don't find Nick Cages horrible acting funny, and only like actual good movies, best to avoid this movie. Its one of those so bad its funny movies.
