This is one of the creepiest movies I've ever seen itâ??s up there with 'The Shinning.' Where a lot of modern scare flicks like Saw rely on fuck loads of blood to "shock" people, this just creeps you out.
The islanders are creepy, the way they act around each other, and to the cop is just plain sinister. This isn't necessarily scary like "AAHHH!" like you would expect with The Woman In Black, but incredibly disturbing and uncomfortable to watch.
Brilliant. I genuinely never want to watch this ever again.
