Jack White seems like an interesting guy. He sounds kinda of full of himself sometimes, but overall I think it is really cool that Meg and himself made the trek up north and played some of the smaller cities of Canada, plus I am a fan of their music, so overall it is a pretty good movie with lots of cool little behind the scenes stuff, so if you like the White Stripes or music docs.
in general, then give this a try.
