Review of The Way of the Gun (2000) by Jennifer L — 26 Jan 2008
Well shot and really well acted modern crime saga which unfortunately is boring as hell. Two great leads does not make for a great cast of characters, most of whom are just there to add as many plot twists as possible in order to distract you from the fact you've seen this done better 30 years ago.
Acceptable, but it's nowhere near the standard of Lumet or Leone like it wants to be.
