Review of The Way Back (2010) by Benjamin N — 25 Jun 2011
A great topic that isn't developed deep enough to seize the audience by the heart. I always believe that the film score sets the mood and becomes the soul of a movie. It's especially true for narrative stories of a long journey ( for example, Lord of the Rings and March of the Penguins) Here in The Way Back is pretty much neglected.
Impressive performance from Colin Farrell. But a good story needs a great script.
