Huh -- well, I really enjoyed a good third of this movie. But the cheesiness (of the Chocolat ilk) and the graphic war violence (not unlike the grit and gore reently found in Fury) left me scratching my head -- did Russell Crowe mean to squeeze three entirely contradicting genres into one film debut?
