Review of The Watcher (2000) by Maybelline T — 13 Aug 2008
Ex-FBI agent packs up and leaves LA to live in Chicago and battling Disabilites he opens a FedEx package the next morning after a homocide in his apartment block to find a photo of the girl who was murdered. To which he realizes that its the work of a serial killer he was trying to track, one that killed his then lover.
Reeves plays the Serial Killer. He's a smart guy but he's a tad clumsy.
A textbook Film.
If you're into detective/serial killer movies this could be one to watch.
