3 out of 5 stars for this crime drama movie. With Keanu Reeves in the role of the serial killer/nutcase, I had hopes this would be a great movie. Wrong-o, it was just an average formula movie with serial killer being hunted by cop.
The cop is a patient of a shrink (Marisa Tomei). Guess who the serial killer eventually goes after? This movie is barely worth the time to watch. You can skip it.
