Review of The Warriors (1979) by James R — 07 Nov 2009

All the gangs in New York meet in one place as the speaker wants to try and unite them against the police. He is shot during the speech and the gang Warriors get the blame. They must escape to coney island but on the way go thru a lot of other gangs turf and have plenty of fights because the alert is out on them.

Pretty neat how its like a cartoon then comes to life, but mainly just them running and fighting other gangs on there way back, kinda gets old but a unique feel to this movie.
