Review of The Walk (2015) by Yash B — 08 Oct 2015
"The Walk" is an impressive and fascinating biopic that is well worth a watch. It has visually impressive moments and a story about pursuing your dreams that quickly gets you invested. The performances are good but some of the characters' accents, primarily Joseph Gordon Levitt's character, feel a bit over the top.
Doesn't mean the performances are bad but it does take away a little from the film. Nonetheless this is a truly mesmerizing movie full of thrilling moments, visual splendors, and a strong message about pursuing your dreams, even if they seem impossible.
