Review of The Walk (2015) by Alex C — 06 Dec 2015
Visually stunning and incredibly performed, 'The Walk' showcases Joseph Gordon Levitt as the charming, funny and very beleivable french man Phillip Petit. Shades of Forrest Gump certainly resinate through Zemeckis' directorial skills, and he truly brings the audience to emotionally invest in Levitts incredible performance.
At the films soothing close, an admission ticket that never expires and lives on "forever", resinates what a truly beautiful, yet bitter sweet story of strength and unity the Twin Towers gave to New York after Petits story comes to an end.
