Review of The Wages of Fear (1953) by Andrew B — 23 Oct 2011
Mixed feelings. This movie has a few long stretches of boring, but those sections are sandwiched between some of the most thrilling scenes I've ever seen.
Before watching the movie I saw it described as "adrenalin on celluloid," this is partially true. If only the whole movie was that way.
Plus, I'm not a huge fan of the ending, I don't know why but it felt typical considering the rest of the movie.
