Think of the coolness from Casablanca and the tensional camaraderie from The Treasure of the Sierra Madre. Now add to that the sustained suspense from A Man Escaped and you might come close to understanding what this film has to offer.
This heavyweight of cinema is a must see. It easily cracked into my all time top twenty after just one viewing.
