Review of The Wages of Fear (1953) by Arash X — 25 Mar 2010
Drags a bit near the end but the ride is thrilling & exhausting at the same time, Not to mention the film's fantastic characterization & its great ending, Calling Clouzot a french Hitchcock is really an underestimation, Hitchcock's entire career is nothing compared to The Wages Of Fear & Clouzot's other masterpieces Les Diaboliques & Le Corbeau.
