Review of The Wages of Fear (1953) by Reid V — 03 Nov 2011
Excellent movie. True, it doesn't seem to offer much from the plot description. But ignore that and just go with it. It's great even before they get into the trucks and embark on their treacherous journey.
From thereon in, it's paradise for anyone who's enjoyed ice road truckers or the like. Even if you haven't, I heartily recommend. Gripping, intense and just bloody brilliant. I just wish I'd seen it sooner.
