Story set in NY where the new mayor, Rudy Guiliani, just came into office and started to clean up the city.r A boy, trying to piece himself in this harsh world - fighting parents, tough neighbourhood and falling in love.
Very straight to the point movie with true heartfelt performance from Josh Peck and Ben Kingsley. During the summer holiday, the boy find a friend in an older therapist... falling in love his the therapist's step-daughter.
A bit weird but the ride is rocky and funny!
