This movie's highlights include a fantastic performance from Ben Kingsley and a clearly authentic sense of time and place (1994, New York City). It's a coming of age story about a teenage pot dealer who has more depth than you'd expect, and a therapist with a decidedly unorthodox lifestyle.
Engaging and entertaining, offbeat and quirky. Definitely worth seeing.
