Review of The Voices (2014) by David G — 15 Apr 2015
Impossible to simply dismiss, but far too credible for satire. And, at the same time too incredible in an uncomfortable mix of glee for character study of a sociopath. In the end, it a movie that seems to be consistently tripping itself up to be "different" or just plain "odd.
" Even still, there is a great deal of talent to be found in the production. For better or worse this film is every bit as insane as it's main character. I'm not sure if that is a good thing, but I was entertained as much as baffled.
