Review of The Village (2004) by Ricardo Martín P — 02 Aug 2015

I think this movie is a little unfairly bashed. I do think there are some sloppy parts to the story, but it has so much character and originality. The use of color is beautiful and the score is breathtaking.

I'll admit that I was very excited for this movie when it was released, and found the twist ending to be a little off-putting, but the more I watch it, the more I accept the twist and enjoy the film for what it is.
