A well made character study, the film works thanks to it's sharp directing, smart script and a solid cast.
J.K. Simmons is great as the dad but the show stopper is Adam Scott. Let me just say this...Adam Scott should be a bigger star. He's got the looks, sure, but also has massive amounts of talent as his performance in this film is fantastic. Scott's Caleb is not a likable man, but he is a fascinating man to watch thanks to Scott's performance.
