Review of The Veil (2016) by Jesse O — 19 Mar 2016
Caught this on Netflix one night and thought it was just okay. it's a pretty by the numbers horror film that leaves very little for surprise or actual real scares. Lily Rabe and Jessica Alba are good in it, but the movie surrounding them is just dull.
it has a good set up and a sense of menace it just doesn't do anything with it.
