A thoroughly paranoid and involving thriller, where nice guy Kiefer Sutherland's girlfriend (Sandra Bullock in an early role) disappears at a gas station during their road trip. After a few years, he's still searching but also now dating Nancy Travis.
Enter an uncharacteristically creepy Jeff Bridges as the man behind Bullock's disappearance, and you've got a really solid suspense yarn to enjoy.
