Review of The U.S. vs. John Lennon (2006) by Laura E — 15 Feb 2009
Lennon was more than a musician, and this doc focuses tight on his peacenik battles with the US government under the Nixon administration. He was a natural born rebel who inspired others to resist against oppression in all its forms.
Really enjoyed this one, DVD extras are worth watching too. Gore Vidal is a hoot and it's even balanced with commentary from G.Gordon Liddy.
