Review of The Untouchables (1987) by Mark O — 01 Sep 2010
There's a lot that's good about this movie. The set pieces and art design all make you fell like your in the 1930s. There are a lot of really nice action sequences, thanks to Brain De Palma's direction.
And the story is gripping enough to keep you interested throughout. What really makes this film are the performances. Costner plays the leading man well, buts its Sean Connery and Robert De Niro that make this film.
There both incredibly entertaining to watch, Connery deserved the Oscar he won.
