Review of The Tuxedo (2002) by Matthew R — 22 Apr 2018
The Tuxedo.
Directed By: Kevin Donovan.
Starring: Jackie Chan, Jennifer Love Hewitt and Jason Isaacs.
Plot: Jimmy Tong is just a lowly chauffeur for millionaire Clark Devlin, until Devlin has an accident that puts him in the hospital. Tong is sent back to fetch some things for Devlin and unknowingly tries on Devlin's tuxedo and finds that it gives extraordinary powers to anyone that dons the suit. This discovery thrusts Tong into world of international intrigue and espionage and pairs him with an inexperienced partner.
Review: Well this film was nowhere close to a great movie but it was a entertaining film for a one time watch when nothing was on T.V. and besides the fact that the whole film was unrealistic but since when do we watch films that are realistic. This is not Jackie Chan's greatest movie but it is better than some of his most recent films.
Rating: 4/10.
Recommendation: This is a onetime watch movie if its Netflix watch it if not wait till it's on TV that's how I watched it. But I wouldn't waste any kind of money on it.
