Review of The Trotsky (2010) by Lauren P — 06 Jun 2010
This movie was kind of sweet and actually pretty bright rather than actually funny. It was nicely written and certainly passed the time, without actually achieving much more than that. The main pleasure to be had was undoubtedly seeing Colm Feore, Michael Murphy & Genevieve Bujold back in action and, in particular, Saul Rubinek who got more of a chance to stretch his acting muscles in his few minutes of screen time than American movies had given him for virtually his whole career.
