Its pretty campy, and more humoruous than horrific 100% of the time...but the general idea of Ronald Reagan running around in a woodland hippie rave slaughtering hippies with an axe is godly..it gets a half to whole star for that alone.
Pee Wee is in it too thats always a plus.
