Makes a compelling case for Kissinger as war criminal. Lots of pretty clear documentation, mostly FOIA documents, and the conclusions they draw are sickening. I was amazed to see a documentary with a commentary track (isn't the whole film commentary?) but this one is actually quite interesting.
