Review of The Tree of Life (2011) by Henry F — 11 Jan 2014
As with all of director Terrence Malick's films, there's a small viewership. But this is one of his best by far. For viewers willing to have patience, then this is a true masterpiece. But for the impatient or action-lovers, then avoid.
Brad Pitt and Jessica Chastain bring another strength and power to the film, along with Malick's unique directing style. It gives a look into family life, nature, and the true beauty of the the planet we live in.
