Review of The Treasure of the Sierra Madre (1948) by Shawn A — 06 Aug 2008
It's such a classic. Suspense carries out throughout the confines of a simple, to the point plot. You travel on a journey with some fairly developed characters. Special kudos for Walter Huston's seemly crazy prospector.
And in the end it tells a valuable lesson on value and greed. Solid.
