Review of The Transporter (2002) by Dania G — 03 Feb 2010

When I watched this movie for the first time many years ago I absolutely thought it was awesome! I remember immediately telling my uncle about it and he loved it as well. It's just an awesome, action packed movie ride all the way through. The story is very good and well layed out, the action is wicked-cool and the music choice throughout the entire movie is just simply fantastic! Also, let's not forget the unforgettable, beautiful BMW that we see being chased by the policia through European streets and sidewalks lol.

I rate this movie 5 kilos out of 5 because in my opinion it honestly deserves it. For those who say the fight scenes appeared too coreographed, the action was repetive, or whatever - they just don't appreciate the style of Statham, or the movie. Yea, of course its no Jason Bourne or James Bond, but its more in between those two persistent, revenge-driven charcters and seeing what Jason Statham's stylish version of being a badass is like. Overall, the movie is just an exhilerating drive from pickup to drop-off!
