A pretty widow hires a gunmen and his friends to recover stolen gold, and clear her dead husband's name. Except there are a bunch of other guys who are after the gold as well. Makes for a pretty alright Western, with John Wayne as Lane the straight shootin' gunslinger.
And a surprise awaiting in the end as well. That's well with two "els". :).
