A city slacker gets the chance to live the dream and become a traffic policeman after his son saves the life of the mayor's son. A pretty average commedia all'Italiana that really only looks good when viewed as a vehicle for its star Alberto Sordi.
The film would in fact be pretty forgettable without him.
