"Toxie", New Jersey's only superhero, is lured to Japan by an evil corporation that wants to buy up his hometown of Tromaville to make it into an industrial waste dumping ground and general dystopia.
With its long bloody brawls with an endless supply of ridiculously costumed goons and punks, it's even sillier (and moderately funnier) than the original, and much less mean-spirited while still retaining its politically incorrect edge.
