Review of The Tingler (1959) by Scott C — 03 May 2010
Price is fantastic in this low-budget, high-concept "horror" film about a spinal slug. The best thing about this flick is Castle's committment to bringing the audience into the film. The sections where Price is trying to calm people down by telling them to scream is pure heaven.
If you like classic scare-fests and also like a little chuckle, this flick is perfect.
