America was sold a bill of goods. The military wanted the US to believe that ex-NFL player Pat Tillman was GI Joe who died at the hands of a hateful enemy. Instead, he was killed by his own military and then became the victim of a massive cover-up, who's perpetrators have never been fully brought to justice.
No real resolution here, except that Uncle Sam got away clean again. What was inspiring to watch was the Tillman family's refusal to accept their empty answer as to why their son, husband and brother died the way he did.
Very interesting film. Well worth your time.
