Review of The Tillman Story (2010) by Sam48 M — 18 Sep 2010
Both the personal/family profile and military/government aspects of Pat Tillman's life are covered with relatively good detail, but may not thorough enough to expose some really groundbreaking new insight (understandably so).
The film attempts as best it can to re-create the scenes in Afghanistan with live re-enactments, although it comes out rather confusing and muddled. If anything, the film demonstrates that there are in fact, some families of military servicemen and servicewoman who aren't willing to continue on the roles of government "pawns".
