This movie was heartbreaking and thought provoking. A man who defied all the titles that people throughout his life tried to label him as...and a families heartache as they watched the people in charge of the very country their son fought and died for, turn his death into a military recruitment poster.
'The Tillman Story' is a documentary EVERY American (especially the ones that call themselves patriotic) should be forced to watch. Pat Tillman might not have been a Military Hero as the government tried to paint him as but he was a courageous and an amazing man and his 'Story' is one that is moving and heart wrenching.
High praise to the director Amir Bar-Lev and all that where involved (including Josh Brolin as the narrator) with this amazing documentary.
