Review of The Three Faces of Eve (1957) by Emily O — 15 Feb 2008
A portrayal of one of the earliest and most famous cases of Dissociative Identity Disorder, then called Multiple Personality. I'm not sure how much of this film is fabricated, mostly the ending, but I thought it did a wonderful job of portraying the rather tragic life of a woman with a sickness many thought was utter nonsense.
I've seen footage of the actual 'Eve White' and Woodward did a phenomenal job in portraying all three sides of her. Lovely bit of drama and abnormal psych!
